The fluid mechanics process of differential pressure type vacuum injection law, and establish the corresponding reaction kinetics, reaction forming viscosity model and chemical rheological analysis of its formation mechanism model; secondly, combined with the orthogonal experimental design theory and CAE technology to design the simulation orthogonal experiment, computer aided analysis and casting process simulation and casting quality by using MPI software the influence of main process parameters to explore the casting quality, to determine the influence of key parameters of quality regulation, summed up the key process parameters, to determine the optimal process parameters, process parameters for the actual injection process to provide theoretical support.
