Simulation of Differential Pressure Vacuum Injecti
The fluid dynamics law of differential pressure vacuum injection process was studied, and the corresponding reaction kinetic model, reaction molding viscosity model and chemical rheological model were established to analyze the forming mechanism. Research on Monitoring Method of Vacuum Injection
In view of the problems existing bubble detection and elimination methods of vacuum injection equipment, combined with machine vision and image processing technologies, the real-time monitoring method of bubbles is studied.
